Two Double Ups for Ulrich

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Sebastian Ulrich
Sebastian Ulrich

Sebastian Ulrich shoved all in for 855,000 with {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs} in the hijack and Raul Villarroel quickly called with {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} on the button. The blinds folded and the two hands were tabled.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{3-Clubs} to give Ulrich the best hand. The {6-Clubs} on the turn narrowed Villarroel's outs and the {q-Clubs} on the river gave Ulrich a flush to double up.

In the next hand, Henrik Brockmann raised to 275,000 in early position with {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} and Ulrich shipped all in for 2,010,000 directly on his left. The action came back to Brockmann who snap-called.

The flop fell {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{7-Clubs} to give Ulrich a straight draw and the {10-Diamonds} on the turn completed the straight for Ulrich. Brockmann still held a flush draw but the {10-Spades} on the river bricked off. Ulrich came from behind for the second time in a row to double his stack.
