Another Million Lost for Palatzky

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

Tomas Ribeiro opened to 210,000 from the button with {q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Palatzky raised to 670,000 from the big blind.

Ribeiro called and they saw the flop coming {j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Spades}. Palatzky bet 325,000 but folded quickly when Ribeiro shoved all in.

This pot cost another million chips to Palatzky who is down to just 12 big blinds, while Ribeiro has almost seventy percent of the total chips in play.

Ribeiro Takes More from Palatzky

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

In the first hand, Marc Palatzky raised on the button with {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} to 160,000 and faced a three-bet from Tomas Ribeiro in the small blind worth 540,000, holding {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}. Palatzky ended up tossing his cards into the muck.

A few moments later, Palatzky completed from the small blind, holding {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and called a raise from Ribeiro for 240,000, who held {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

The flop brought {5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Palatzky quickly called Ribeiro's continuation for another 240,000.

The {a-Spades} came on the turn, giving two pair to Ribeiro. It was checked again to Ribeiro who looked at Palatzky's stack and fired 775,000. Palatzky let it go.

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

The {3-Clubs} completed the board on the river and brought a third check for Eljach and a third bet from Palatzky, for 800,000.

Eljach made a great call with his straight, while Palatzky tried to steal the pot with the {a-Spades} blocker.

Tomas Ribeiro: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

Ribeiro had an advantage and the flop pretty much sealed the hand for him with {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}.

The {7-Spades} on the turn left Peters drawing dead and the {6-Spades} on the river was just a formality, with Peters being already in the rail.
