Majer Triples, Hollederer Left Steaming
Wladimir Majer moved all in for 35,000 in early position and Felix Seelentag reraised to 70,000 in the hijack. Philip Hollederer then four-bet to 270,000 in the small blind and Seelentag called to create a side pot.
The flop came 9?8?2? and Hollederer took his time before firing out 155,000. Seelentag eventually called after a few minutes and the Q? fell on the turn.
Hollederer bet another 300,000, but this time Seelentag moved all in. Hollederer, with around another 300,000 remaining, quickly mucked and began muttering to himself as Seelentag opened up A?Q?.
"Nice call. Nice call," he said in frustration as Majer showed 10?8? for a pair of eights. The river came the 10? and Majer made two pair to triple up.
"You don't care about this little pot," Majer joked with Seelentag after the hand.
