Chris Brewer

From early position, Nick Petrangelo raised to 3,500. Chris Brewer three-bet to 11,000 from the cutoff, Petrangelo called.

The flop came {7-Spades}{10-Spades}{6-Clubs}. Brewer bet 20,000, Petrangelo called.

The turn was the {6-Hearts}. Brewer fired again, this time for 45,000 and Petrangelo called again.

The {5-Hearts} filled out the river. Petrangelo checked a third time over to Brewer who threw in the third barrel for 71,000. Petrangelo called fairly quickly.

Brewer tabled the {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} which was the winning hand as Petrangelo mucked and the large pot went over to Brewer.

Level 4 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Thomas Muehloecker three-bet to 11,000 in the previous hand to win the pot uncontested. He then opened to 4,000 and Juan Pardo three-bet to 12,000 for Muehloecker to call. The flop brought {k-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and Pardo continued for just 3,000 to earn a call. After the {9-Spades} turn, Pardo bet 5,000 with just one green T-25,000 chip behind and Muehloecker gave it some consideration before opting to fold.

Level 4 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Mustapha Kanit raised it up to 4,000 in the cutoff and subsequently called a three-bet to 17,000 by Laszlo Bujtas in the big blind. Following the {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{9-Hearts} flop, Bujtas continued for 11,000 and Kanit came along.

Muehloecker Wins Three-Bet Pot Against Bujtas

Level 4 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

The action commenced with a raise to 3,500 by Laszlo Bujtas and he then called a three-bet to 11,000 by Thomas Muehloecker in the hijack, having leaped out of his seat to check the stack size of the Austrian on the other side of the dealer. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and Bujtas checked, which prompted a bet worth 8,500 by Muehloecker.

That was all it took for the Austrian to win the pot as Bujtas quickly folded.

Brewer Gets Called

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Action was picked up on the flop as it read {7-Hearts}{j-Spades}{7-Clubs}. From the hijack, Chris Brewer bet 5,000 and was called by Nick Petrangelo who was under the gun.

The turn was the {9-Hearts}. Petrangelo check-called the bet of 20,000 from Brewer.

The river came the {2-Hearts}. Brewer bet 51,000 which was all of his chips except for just 1,000 behind. Petrangelo used two time banks before calling.

Brewer tabled the {8-Spades}{7-Spades} for trips which was good as Petrangelo mucked his hand and lost a significant portion of his large stack to his fellow American.
