Bylsma Kicks Frenchies Out

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Jér?me Zerbib opened to 1,200 from under the gun, and was called by a player in middle position. But in the cutoff, Samy Dubonnet raised to 4,500. In the small blind, Brad Bylsma wasn't satisfied with this amount and four-bet to 12,500.

When the action was back to him, Zerbib counted his stack and took some time before raising again to 40,000. Dubonnet seemed to have a big hand too, but folded. Bylsma wasn't that wise and preferred to move all in for approximately 80,000 chips, and Zerbib called, slightly covered.

Jér?me Zerbib: A?K?
Brad Bylsma: K?K?

At risk, Zerbib wanted an ace to stay in the tournament. But the board Q?6?6?4?10? didn't help him, and he left just before the break.

Gavin-Mather Forces a Fold

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

In a three-way raised pot, the flop showed 10?6?8? when Lexy Gavin-Mather bet 2,800. The hijack raised it to 6,000 and Abhishek Goindi, on the button, folded. Gavin-Mather took a minute and eventually called.

The K? showed up on the turn and Gavin-Mather fired 25,000 into the pot, putting her opponent at risk for his last 11,000. The latter didn't take long to fold and Gavin-Mather added the chips to her stack.

Kings for Saderne

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Jeremy Saderne
Jeremy Saderne

The under the gun opened to 1,600 and Jeremy Saderne three-bet to 4,500 two seats over. It folded to the small blind who decided to four-bet to 13,000, with less than 10,000 chips left behind. It folded back to Saderne who jammed with a higher stack and his opponent called:

Small Blind: A?Q?
Jeremy Saderne: K?K?

Saderne was in good shape to bust his opponent and win another pot, which he did after the dealer showed a board 8?5?4?3?6?.

Bull With Queens

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Robbie Bull opened to 1,600, and everybody folded to the big blind who completed.

K?10?A? came on the flop. But there was no more action as both players checked. They also checked on the turn 2? and reached the river 4?.

As nothing happened on the first two streets, the big blind questioned Bull's bet of 2,400 on the river. "You have the nuts or a shitty hand", he said. He eventually called and discovered Q?Q? in Bull's hand. Enough to beat him as he only revealed the 10?.

Beach Keeps Climbing

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

In a blind versus blind raised pot, the flop was 8?10?2? when both the small blind and Lawrence Beach checked. The same action happened on the J? turn and a A? landed on the river. After a last check from his opponent, Beach bet 3,200 and it was enough to get a fold and win another pot. He showed A?5? to the table.

Beach, who told PokerNews he busted at least eight players since the beginning of the day, is now seated in front of a large stack worth around 250,000.

Sigurdsson Takes from Lew

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Leo Sigurdsson raised in the hijack to 1,700 and picked up calls from Lori Persinger on the button, the small blind and Robbi Jade Lew in the big blind to create a four-way pot.

The flop appeared J?10?K?and they all checked to see a 5? on the turn. This time Lew led out for 2,000 after it was checked to her and only Sigurdsson made the call.

The Q? completed the board and Lew check-folded after Sigurdsson made a bet worth 3,000.
