Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Michael Thompson raised from the button and Yuri Dzivielevski called from the small blind. The two went heads up to a flop of {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades} and both players checked.

The turn came {10-Clubs} and Dzivielevski bet. Thompson called and the river was {k-Diamonds}. Dzivielevski bet again and Thompson got to thinking. He asked Dzivielevski if he had about a million behind, which was confirmed. He then voiced that he thought he had pot odds but felt like he was beat. After about two minutes in total, he folded.

"VAMOOOOOOOOOO!" exploded Dzivielevski's rail.

As Dzivielevski raked in the chips, Thompson said to him, "The only reason I folded was because I was about to fall asleep and I knew if I folded they would wake me up."

On the subsequent hand, Dzivielevski opened his button and Thompson defended. The flop came {9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Thompson check-folded to Dzivielevski's continuation-bet to bring the two to nearly even-stacked.
